B 2+N

Alibaba play a role of agent for foreign trade enterprises or other export enterprises to do the export business. Unless other specific rules, foreign trade enterprises must be in the following year from the date of goods export on April 15, on the strength of the export goods declaration form (for export refund), agent export agreement, apply to the tax bureau directly under the comprehensive management section and registration certificate post issued the certificate for export goods, and in a timely manner to the entrusted export enterprises. The export enterprise fails to apply for the export goods of the agent export goods certificate within the prescribed time limit, as well as the tax on the sale of the goods and the value added tax.
